Retail Return Policy

LifePharm offers a "no-hassle" return policy for retail customers. Committed to your complete satisfaction, we gladly back all our products with a 60-day money-back guarantee. All orders can be returned within 60-days. Money-back guarantees start at the date of delivery. Returns must be postmarked within the 60-day guarantee period. The cost of a product(s) is refundable, while shipping and handling are not refundable. 

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS (please read carefully): 

 

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Request a shipping label with your order number and email lookup here.

2. Choose which items you would like to return for a refund.

3. Pack all the returned items, along with a print out of your order confirmation email, and a note specifying your RMA number securely in a box.

4. Go to your local post office, or another courier, to ship the package to:

5. You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when a refund is issued.

 

Note:

We recommend using a shipping carrier that can issue a tracking number that can trace the package’s location (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.). Make sure the tracking number issued is traceable. All returns must be shipped to LifePharm with shipping pre-paid. LifePharm does not accept shipping collect packages. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend you insure the package just in case it is lost or damaged during shipping. It’s also important to retain your tracking number if you need to prove delivery. LifePharm is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

 

Please allow one to two weeks from the time the package was received in order for the return to be processed. Once a return has been processed, LifePharm will credit the payment method used to place the order. Late returns, returns without a return authorization number, return-to-sender, and cash-on-deliveries (CODs) will not be accepted and can prevent the payment process.

Refused Products:

If you order products and then refuse delivery, your order will be subject to the original shipping costs, as well as any additional other costs associated with the returned product.
